Why was I eliminated from my match when we both couldn't agree on a time to play???? If it was a flip of the coin decision then that's fine.

ive tried all i can to play my qualification match with no response from my opponent ive been home all day waiting for a reply to emails its sunday night now australian time i cant do anything else

i have the same message when i try to host a game does this mean i wont be allowed to play in the hamburg tourny tomorro? i dont know anything about firewalls or routers to fix this if its a problem???

im a newb so bare with me .....ive read the appropriate links and rules (all of them i hope) ive entered hamburg singles do i wait until the draw to see what time i play is that how it works?? as i am writing this it seems very obvious but ill throw it out there anyway. thanks.
