also, i see that we have 30% on everything from volley in online mode,but why dont we have it in offline mode too? i mean, im always testing different stats, and i dont want to test them online and lose ELO in case they arent good. please fix this .. lol.... coz the skill is revamped to 30-100 some...

Yes Moha if u put 100% on service power u have in-online mode 80% (max in fair mode)....if u put 70% in traning u will have 70% but in-online mode you will have less
