It's not really a bug. If you actually gave the reputation (ie: clicked the button "give rep") then the reputation is given for good ; if you only chose the reputation to give, but didn't give it, then the choice is cleared (and it's visible). I'll see if I can remove the clearing for nex...

So at the end of a match if you give someone good/bad rep and then you open the chat window, when you come back from the chat you will notice that the reputation you gave your opponent is gone. You'd have to give your opponent the same reputation again, because for some reason whenever you come back...

When you uninstall the game, it asks you weather you wanna keep your saved files or not. I always did that and never lost my settings
