You need to have all courts correctly enumerated ; ie, it should have :
- CustomCourt01
- CustomCourt02
- CustomCourt03
- etc ...
with a correct Court.ini in each folder.

What parameters did you put exactly, and where, to make your web works ?

For next update, I'll add this line in the Tennis.ini, under [Network] :

replace it by :
Proxy = AddressOfYourProxy:PortOfYourProxy
