on that screenshot, it's the CPU who hit too late ? Often, the CPU can hit +/-3 frames from the ideal one (when it has to move forward/backward).

I just had a look at Desura... It seems to be 20 times smaller than Steam, so I'm not sure it'd be worth the hassle to publish TE2013 on it or not ; I'll have to get more details about what needs to be done to do so ; I'll look more into it next month.

Everyone complaining about low speed & long points , if you want shorter points, switch to Elite controls ; if you want faster gameplay, switch to Realistic mode which is close of old Fair mode, only better balanced & overall more realistic. And in a general way : - you have to stand closer...

if you turned off your firewall and it's still not working, then it might be an issue with your router working in a exotic way. Read its documentation to try to figure out what's going on.

Maybe check your in-game FPS, to be sure it's not a performance issue of your PC.
