This one shows a normal exit, without any match played.
Maybe you took it from wrong folder ? (it is from last version though)

Hum, then I don't know, except if before you were playing always in Realistic mode & just started to play some Fair mode matches...

If you can locate your Players, Tour & Tourcategory .ini files (should be in Mods\Sam\Data) and send them with your saved games ( => topic5-4587.php ), maybe I could load them...

I triple-checked both in Seasons & Career modes and couldn't reproduce the bug ; now it's working fine in all cases on my PC...
If you hadn't Modded your game, I'd tell you to send me your saved games... Maybe try to reproduce the bug with the original game.

I guess your opponent's TE thought it was a Singles match and not a Doubles...

Check you didn't switch your Player Style to Counter.

Par exemple, si tu slices ton service avec un Délai assez haut ( >= 200ms), c'est dur de ne pas mettre la balle soit dehors soit au milieu.

it's possible only by Modding the game.

No, the problem should be only in your current saved game, and only comes if you load it ; starting a new game or loading a not-corrupted saved game should be ok.

Also, maybe check you're really running the latest version ; SubBuild shown in Credits screen should be : 2013.8.31 .
