Just copy "TEM2-ModdingSDK.zip/Ini/Players.ATP.ini" to "Mods\MySuperMod\Ini\Players.ATP.ini", creating the required folders.

It's not the shoulder acceleration that allows reaching 120km/h (75mph), but the Slice Mastery talent + the ball being high enough to be hit in front or slightly downward.
I'll have to redesign that Talent...
