3- lob height depends of the opponent height ; against tall opponents, lob will be slower but higher

check you don't have any download program running.
It could be related to your ISP or rush hour. Check the ping ( = do the "Connection Test") with ManaGames' server at different times of the day, to see if the ping is sometimes better or not.

yup, it's normal, it's a bit same than desynch when playing online ; it happens more often with some Mods, though.
