nothing changed about that ; maybe try to turn off recording if you turned it on, but normally it shouldn't have any impact... Else it could be your ISP throttling, sniffing, or doing other stuff... Or simply some little Internet congestion between you & your opponents...

The Overall Energy (OE) depletion rate is not adjusted to the number of sets, but the refill rate under 40% is very fast, thus you'll almost never play with less than 40-50% OE, even after many sets. Currently, with a low Average Rally Length, you probably can play 10 sets without losing too much OE...

There are already 30-40 parameters for each players. Your request would multiply this by at least 10, if not 20, which would be a monstrous work...
