0% in a skill doesn't mean the player can't do anything ; it means he can hit only slower strikes & will do error on more difficult balls, but on easy incoming balls, he'll still be able to play.

A much easier & efficient fix is to put a 0 sized Court_used.jpg file beside your Modded court.jpg .

They're also called ARPG (for Action RPG), but I agree it's a very loosely use of RPG term...
