I just tried 3 new games in 2013 and 3 times Nadal wasn't in the AO draw, so I guess the off-time is still working... Check you're testing the correct year.
A bit of mouse support was better than none at all, and it was good enough to beat low CPU levels ; of course, for competing online or against high level CPU, it was totally useless...
For the sensitivity, it's really only a feeling, you can time with a stopwatch if you don't believe me !
