it's not possible ; everything in the menus is loaded on start.
I'm not sure what you want to do, but the closest of dynamic image selection is the "#ImageGI" parameter. Look for it to see how it's used (most important is the name of the items must be correctly enumerated).

Si tu as le SamPatch, pour les courts, il suffit d'aller dans : "Mods\Sam Megapatch 2013\Data" , puis dans le répertoire du court qui te convient (généralement les "Court0x" car ils sont plus simples à trouver dans le Training Club)

yup, if you lead you shouldn't get an ELO penalty on disconnection, but unfortunately right now, the server cannot detect that.
