In your Tennis.ini, you can set, under [Display] :
Window = 2
to get a borderless (but not titleless) window.

It's possible, because Win8 changed some stuff, but I'm not sure. Mainly, I don't see why DirectX doesn't report your AMD card when requested... No, it's normal, the game can see only DX9 at best, as it's not using DX10+ version.

it means the visual quality will be limited by the quality of the assets (ie: textures & 3D models) and not by the rendering features (ie: it'll have normal mapping, advanced shadowing, etc.), so globally it should be much closer of today's games.

Everybody with issue , does it happen only when playing online, or also when playing against the CPU..? If someone could do a video with his smartphone, maybe it'd give me some hints about what's going on... :fear: Note: if you wonder, now I still can't get Win10, and even if I could, at this point...
