a little side note : I don't know for the WTA, but on the ATP side, the rankings were quite special for a while (ie: up to 2 years before dropping a tournament's points) and it won't be possible to simulate this with TE4.

yes, as stated above, there was a bug. It may be fixed in today's build. Did you try it ?
If already, could you reboot your PC ? (not turn off & on, really reboot)
It fixed that issue for one user on Steam.
