if you messed up your TE2013 folder, delete the game in your Steam library, then delete this folder : <SteamFolder>\SteamApps\common\Tennis Elbow 2013 .
Then install the game again.

if you have outfits specific for the year 2014, you can use OutfitEntry2014. OutfitEntry is used by all years which don't have a specific OutfitEntryXXXX for them. So if you don't have specific outfit for every year, just ignore that possibility, and keep only OutfitEntry.
