I checked and actually you should also change the correct xxxGain before getting XP points. If you don't see the .ini's, then I guess you're on Mac. In that case, you have to right-click the "Tennis Elbow Manager.app" and select "Show Content", then go to the folder "Contents/Resources" and there you'll find all the game folders & files.

If there's a lot of strange thing, it may mean your Tennis.ini got corrupted. In such case, delete it, so the game will re-create the default one (by doing so, you'll lose your Training Club players & all game settings, but not your World Tour saved games).

Change ClubPbH if you play in Club difficulty, ProPbH if you play in Pro difficulty, and MasterPbH if you play in Master difficulty.
