Sidius, right now, I don't have a money issue. But if it comes to that, I think it should have enough TE2013 players to pre-order TE4 to help me through it. A Kickstarter campaign is actually costly, both in money & in time, so for a niche game, it's not necessarily a good move.
infernal18, it might be an issue with the Mod. It's possible that having 4GB would fix the issue, but it's really not sure ; maybe someone with the same Mod than you but 4GB could test your saved game...
are you on Mac OSX ? It seems on recent version of OSX, the flag isn't displayed. To counter this, select the play style, then press the up arrow to select the invisible flag, then press left/right arrows to select your country.

Essaye d'effacer complètement le répertoire de TE2013 avant de tout réinstaller. Sinon, si ça le fait que sur certains courts, cela peut être aussi du à un problème dans le Mod lui-même.
