I checked more and actually the engine doesn't support more than 512 tournaments for the career archive, thus the display errors. It's not changeable, as it's an hard limit. I'll have to change it for TEM2/TE4, though, as it's linked to a limit on the number of players as well which is a bit too low...

yes, uninstall the game from your Steam library, then manually delete "<SteamFolder>\SteamApps\common\Tennis Elbow 2013", then reinstall everything.
