it's glitched because of the change in the outfit selection system (for the Modding) ; you have to reselect your T-Shirt in your Character Sheet -> Customization (by clicking on the player).

Or you can keep this one, if you like it..!

noys390 , it'd be quite complex to set up such a system. The interest will likely pick up with time. What you could do right now is offer a TE4 key to your favorite TE2013 anim modder, or something like this... :) PingPongWall , hopefully, I'll be able to rework some anims, including the volley one...
