I checked the log and I'm not sure what's going on but the last error messages are likely about the SurfaceSpeed from the Court.ini not being in the [-1;+1] range, so check all Court.ini of the current week and change their SurfaceSpeed if it's not correct.

Could you try to run the game without Mod (with parameter "-ModsIni #None#" , or rename the Mods folder, or even do a clean installation if you installed some Mod outside the Mods folder) and then check if it works, and if not send me the resulting System.log from your game folder..?
