I just restored your number of games & ELO ; I'm not sure it'll work or not. If it's not ok, then you should delete Mana.Dat and then not play till I update again your online data.

if you just installed a Mod that contains the file "Profiles\Mana.Dat", it might have reset your online account. Else it's a bug.

on your 3 examples, there are 3 obvious issues that I guess I may be able to fix if you send me the .Dmo (or send me a Bug Report while watching that match), if it was recorded with the latest Build of the game (Build 65).

They also favor their country (but not region), and have a bigger chance to play if they didn't play recently. They also have more chances to play in bigger tournaments (this one can be tuned in the TourCategory.ini ; it's the TopPresence).
