someone made a bug report here topic19-30658.php with the explanation to your player serve speed : his level was Junior instead of Pro, thus the lower skills !
It is fixed in today's build.

thanks to have reported this bug ! I just updated the game so now our player will start with a Pro level instead of Junior.

If you notice anymore unbalance in the 3D matches, don't hesitate to report them !

EDIT:
I also fixed the 1st serve stats on Tie-break.

Bug Fixes:
- 3D Match : your player level was set to Junior instead of Pro when starting a new game (the game will automatically update your player level in your current saved game)
- Text Match : 1st serve rate was incorrectly lowered when having a tie-break

maybe your antivirus is blocking the loading of the plugin ? Try to put the 3DS Max folder and the plugin folder into the exception list of your antivirus.
