it's only the RankPerYear in the Players.ini that determines the skills for each year ; nothing else makes the player evolves.

they should be compatible, except for the court choice, that may change a bit as it'll have more stadiums in TE4 than in TEM2 & TE3.

I got your bug report for the serve ; I had done a mismatch between 2 anims with the same name. It's fixed now.

I got your bug report too : the game was crashing when starting a World Tour doubles 3D match. It's fixed now as well.
