I got your bug report ; some player got a corrupted tournament state.
If you have changed the Tour.ini during your saved game, maybe it's be normal. Try to either start a new game, or load an earlier automatic weekly save to see if it helps or not.
I got your report I found out the bug : when Junior, the human player was using his Junior ranking to check if he could enter a Pro tournament or not !
