Actually, when it happens, there's no animation at all, the player just runs with his rackets strangely oriented and then he hits the anim without moving the racket nor the arm, right ? I'm not sure ; I'll likely remove it once the game will be sufficiently advanced to replace TE2013, which might happen once the 1st version of the online Mode is there, or maybe a bit before. In all cases, it won't be before the 1st Alpha, at end of August (if things go well).

yes, you have to create different tournaments when changing of week or of category. Give them the same Family name and they should be joined for the Past Champions screen (check Montreal/Toronto). Be sure to give a unique Family name for each series of tournaments to join together.
