Commence plutôt à -40%, et fais 3 sets pour voir de combien cela fait baisser le nombre de coups gagnants et ensuit affine dans un sens ou l'autre.

c'est étrange ; p'tet qu'en mode NVidia, les gâchettes ont un numéro d'axe supérieur à 12. Est-ce que tu as l'option de débrancher l'émulation contrôleur XBox, puis d'essayer d'assigner les gâchettes dans la fenêtre de lancement ?

yes, it has more than 5000 points so it should be ok.

if you have both an IGP & a GPU, you might have to activate your GPU for TEM2. It's done in your drivers config or something like that.
