You'll lose your settings (including the 4 current players in the Training Club), but not your saved games nor saved players.

If you have created a Profile, you'll have to delete its .ini and recreate the Profile as well (with the exact same name).

1) Reboot your PC (do not turn off & back on, really reboot)

2) If still not ok, then try to delete your Tennis.ini (or rename it) to get the game to generate the default Tennis.ini which may fix your issue
