IIRC, there's a scoreboard by Modder(s) doing that for TE2013. If you can find it, it should be possible to adapt it to TEM2 if you're a bit familiar with the .menu system.

there's no training for the CPU players. It's just their Surface Skills raise when they play on a surface. Their minimum is 50%.

A low surface skill lowers most of the player skills when playing on the corresponding surface.

Else, if you have put the whole Modding SDK in your Mods folder, then remove it.
