Anyway, answer to the email you received your license key from, then I'll send you a 3rd way to install your key, it's automated, so it's easier to do.

no, Internet is not needed to unlock your full version.
You'll receive an email with your license key, so you'll have to save the key and the email on a floppy drive (or a USB drive, etc...), and then put it on your home computer, it should be just fine.
