There's no limit to the number of years stocked in the player base.
The only limit is your PC memory, so you can probably have 100 years without any problem...

the skills are capped to 100, so it won't make much difference...

But in a general way, a 100% forehand will be a lot more powerful and less prone to errors than a 0% forehand...
