yes, as long as you don't run the game on both PCs at same time, you need only 1 license.

Le RankPerYear est utilisé pour normaliser la force du joueur. La force globale du joueur sera ainsi réglée pour qu'il atteigne plus ou moins le classement indiqué. Si tu mets 2e mondial pour un joueur, ce n'est pas sûr qu'il finira 2e mondial, mais il sera probablement entre la 1ère et la 4e place ...
