j'ai eu finalement le temps de regarder ça plus en détails, et ce n'était pas trop compliqué à rajouter l'option...
Dans le Tennis.ini, rajoute cette ligne (si elle n'est pas déjà là), après [WT_Static] :
NoNormalization = 1
Pour que le jeu ne change pas les compétences des joueurs...
