if the fan gets crazy, it probably means your computer is getting too hot, and possibly fall to lower processing speed to avoid overheating...
Try to improve the air flow inside & around your computer...

if u're human, u have to push ur head forward to look down, and pull it backward to look up, so it should be a kind of natural movement...
