Hello, for clarity, I restart a topic for the new recording version available with the Build 30. Matches recorded with the Build 29 cannot be replayed with the Build 30. (coz of too much small changes in the gameplay) And in a general way, a match recorded with a Build can be correctly replayed only...
Also, when they're missing value, be sure to not add them when u re-write the files. (for example, [Category17] doesn't have a "Wildcard" entry, so the game engine will use an internal default value for it on game loading)
Unfortunately for you, it's quite easier for me to proceed like this, it's a lot less error prone... And for everybody with an xDsl connection, it should take less than 10 min to download the game...
btaylor , I did a quick try with my current development version, using 2 games / set to quicken the test, and I'm always getting around 1200 fps during serve preparation, and ~1000 fps during the rallies (yes, my PC is slightly newer than yours, so I had to unleash the 60-fps cap :P ). So as expect...
could you try to set RefreshRate to 75hz with the Build 29 ? Also, could you turn on the FPS display to see it's always 60 Fps as it should, or goes lower after 1 set ..? ("Draw Fps" is in "Misc Options" after have turned on the "Advanced Options")
Maybe I just found the major problem..! :blackeye: If like me, u still have the "Help" screen popping up at start of each match, it'll change the simulation/arcade mode & the auto-pos speed, thus creating big desynch if the recorded match you're watching didn't have the same value..!! ...
I guess this is due to the error message I added with the last build when the game cannot load some files on init. Pressing the "Enter" key should then likely exit the game. And it'll fixed correctly with next Build...
@Algo : I won't change back the new imprecision, but your comment gave me an idea : for next build, for online games, depending of the lag set, I'll raise the preparation time and thus the precision of strikes, so when you play with a high lag, you won't have anymore an handicap on your preparation...
plusieurs personnes ont rapporté ce problème par email. C'est probablement lié à un manque de mémoire dans la carte 3D. Mettre à jour ou restaurer depuis le CD d'Apple les pilotes de la carte 3D, et/ou changer la résolution du jeu règle généralement le problème...
yes, this has been reported by a few users (by email) ; this is likely due to having not enough memory in your 3D card. Playing in another resolution, or possibly installing updated (or restored) drivers, usually fixes the problem.
CC, in the current version on the website, when there's a desync, each point is counted twice (this is corrected in my version), thus the desync in the score as well... But in ur demo, I don't have any desync till 2-0 15/0 ...
