you probably have done some modifications in your Tournaments and/or players banks.
You have to re-do these modifications to get your saved games working.

Look in the "System.log" for warning message. It should tell you what bank is incorrect.

Yes, you can do video of the game if you want to, no problem.

Yup, when working on v1.0d, I did a good bunch of tests, trying any weird stuff I could think of (including the ones u described), but the offset never occurred on my PC...

the strike animations are the same whether the ball is high, low or in the middle, so it's normal that the ball isn't exactly in the racket in a lot of of strikes.

1- can turn off the line judge calls when the ball doesn't pass the net ; in Tennis.ini, look for FaultOnSameSide, under [Sound], and set it to 0
