If you step back while you're already swinging, then the swing speed needs to lower so you'll still strike the ball in time. On the opposite, if you step in, the swing speed will raise.

Actually, for next update, I will noticeably raise the inertia (ie: the sliding) for offline play ; for online play, it'll be raised only when the Lag is under 117ms. The inertia will be also be slightly stronger on clay courts... One of the reasons I'll do this change is coz I very don't want to se...

Richou, this is very likely due to playing with a Lag of 117ms while u're used to play with low Lag. Check the current Lag set by pressing F4 & looking down right of the screen.

Note: "Lag" will be renamed "Delay" with incoming next update.

If yes, then did you close the game before to launch the install process ?

Do you mean your dad & sis play TE without problem ? Or just use computer ?

If you play with a gamepad or joystick, u may have to turn off the standby & hibernation settings.

Sometimes the game engine tries to produce a net service, but the service doesn't touch the net ; in such case, the serve is slightly faster than the usually max possible.
