you can't change your player's skills directly, but you can raise a lot the training points & training efficiency in the Tennis.ini , so on next Training session you'll have many points to distribute like you want. Look for entries under [WT_Training].
jesp8000, it'll be possible, as the Stadium can be imported from .3ds files, but not too easy. Old 2D court texture system will be still there for low end video chipsets, so court created for TE2009 will be still usable in TE2011.
if some player names are changed, it means they can't stay like they were before. You still can change them back to anything you want by editing the "Data\Players.*.ini" files...
