JaNeZoKu, 1) You can give them the Forever Young talent (ie: add "Elderly 100" in their Talent list) But they lose only physical skills ; they'll compensate by getting better technical skills.
2) Maybe her Cold Blood is a bit low ; it would be better at 85%.

leo26, there's no CourtTex.jpg anymore in TE4, so you can't mod them. You can only Mod the Court.jpg for the 2D courts. And check the TEM2 Modding SDK to see where the stuff goes.

ramble, max speed is based on the service power, and average speed on power + the difference between consistency and power. So raise the consistency to 100% to make fast serves more often. The speed is randomly calculated based on your player attributes and you can't influence it.
