On last year of the career, the RankPerYear is automatically raised to compensate the fact the player will play less often.

If so, then try to add another RankPerYear.

If you can restore your modified files (some are back-upped in the "Data" folder), then you'll be able to load your saved games again.

Cooky, tu as probablement mal installé la dernière version. Essaye de la réinstaller, puis réinstalle ta clé, cela devrait probablement corriger le problème.

Oui, il faut mieux le sauver avant l'installer et le restaurer ensuite. En cas d'oubli, il est sauvegardé dans le fichier "PlayersLastUsed", mais si tu installes 2 fois sans prendre garde, tes modifs seront perdues pour de bon.

Malheureusement pour la résolution de ton problème, sur mon portable, les ombres sont revenues après avoir rebooté et installé la dernière version du jeu (je ne sais pas laquelle de ces 2 mesures a été efficace par contre, vu que j'étais en train de tester autre chose qd j'ai fait ces manips)...

normally, changing the RankPerYear should be enough & should have effect when u're in the range 1-1000 . At 1000, skills should be around 1-5% .

Non, la difficulté ne change pas automatiquement, mais tu peux la changer avant chaque match, à la présentation de ton adversaire.
