It's coz the texture is mirrored.
If you want to add text, you should try to edit the Sign.3ds (if you have 3Ds Max or any other 3D tool that can edit .3ds files ) & Sign.tga .

normalement, le jeu supporte les gamepads & josticks.
Règle les contrôles du "Joueur 1" sur "Joystick 1" et essaye d'assigner les boutons pour vérifier si c'est bon ou pas.
