About the Mod you installed, you didn't tell which one, but if it's the one I think of, then it's shipped with an old version of Data/Pak01.Pak . GG (or Good Game) is a polite way to end a game ; it's pretty popular on RTS (or at least a few years ago ). It just means "thanks for the game", u don't have to say it only for close matches ; you can say it anytime both players played fair, without cheating nor annoyance...

Yup, you can have 200 courts in the [Court] section of Tour.ini .
Only 4 custom courts will be visible in Training Club, and menu icons for new courts in the World Tour be clay, but once in-game, it should be fine.

it's not really possible, although a Mod adds some Spanish comments on great points (I guess it modifies the Crowd sounds to achieve that).

Yup, you can replace the existing outfits without problem.
If you play online, only you will see the changes, though.
