Tennis Elbow is an Indie game on small budget ; so most mainstream media won't talk about it as most reviewers/journalists don't care much about tennis games...

Some sites dedicated to Indie games have talked about it, though...

And if you want to be able to change the face from within the game, in the player outfit screen :
