as Rob4590 said, your only way is to over-train your player till he gets injured.
You can decide what would be his type of injury, though, by editing "Data\Injuring.ini" and putting a very big weight to the injury you want (it's not 100% guarantee, coz it also depends of the length).

for registered users, your online nickname belongs to you as soon as you logged-in in the Network menu, and as long as you don't change it. There's no need for any other special procedure.
For demo users, there's no name protection at all.

About the Helpers...
