it's the 3rd player in the Chararacter Sheet, not in the Load menu ; from your own player's Character Sheet, click on the top right arrow twice to reach that player.

Mets son SingleDouble à 0.25, voir 0.30 or 0.35, et augmente ses RankPerYear .

yup, they are used by CPU players, but not human players.
