it's not possible to make a Modded game works correctly with a un-Modded game. It'll have either visual glitches, or desynchronisation.

the Mod makes the ball bounce mark smaller = looks like wrong call.
The original game without any mod has correct calls, so remove any Mod you may have installed.

a little note on the run changes , the run acceleration is lowered only when your speed is high, ie: that doesn't change anything about getting caught on wrong foot nor initial reaction time.
