i want to know the number of maximun delay that my opponent can't use lag rule on it.
it still be ok if delay is 200 and 0 lag ratio ?

117 ms delay ? it's utopian for ASEAN cause u know that no one in ASEAN have that delay to EURO... if u want everybody can play in 117 ms delay or lower, i think u shud make a new rule. Hi nikuson, as we don't find a time to play our match, I think the best way it's to play tomorrow or saturday, if you want tomorrow I'll try to still be here at 1:00AM my time.
