By skin tone you mean if i set it to Custom?If so then yes.I installed the skin file the eyes and the eyes_mask fine as skin02 and eyes02...

Both of them go in the Data/textures/female folder and both have entries in the gamesys.ini (add one to NbType of [Eyes] and [Skin]).
