Re: Queen's Club (Offical Topic)

The damage has already been done. I should have been firmer from the start. I shouldn't have rolled over to the mods and their decision. Then my name would be in the semifinal slot where it deserves to be. I hope I draw you at Wimbledon.

Re: Queen's Club (Offical Topic)

tati cornet def vanessa child 63 64 BUT i feel bad because we misunderstood yesterdya playing a training match (for me) and a reserve match (for her). in fact we didn't talk or write about a reserve match, then i thought it was just for training. as i said, i will always ask what kind of match it i...

Re: Queen's Club (Offical Topic)

Vanessa Child def. goran 6-3 7-6 The first set was fairly comfortable for me. He served well, but I was holding easily. After the first set I sort of had a mental lapse, and he started hitting/serving really well and broke me. He served for the set at 5-3, but I was able to break back and eventually...

Vanessa Child def. Bob 6-4 6-3

He is a solid player, a good person, and I wish him much luck in the future! I am happy with the win, but I played very poorly at times, especially during his serive games for some reason. I will have to clean up my act for later rounds :) .

I didn't play well, but even if I had he would have been too good. Good luck in the rest of the tournament!

Re: Roland Garros (Official Topic)

Vanessa Child d. MaxPoint 6-0 6-1 6-0 He is a good player, but just needs practice some more. He surprised me a bit at net a few times. The game though was choppy because of lag, although he says it's always like that for him, which is too bad :( . He is a nice player and I wish him luck in the futu...

Re: Madrid (Official Topic)

You cannot quit after a set to change your profile unless the other player allows you to. That should be obvious. It is completely unfair. I think they should be forced to play a rematch or something, because I know if I had won the first set and then lost because the other player adjusted his skill...

Re: Leena Banned

I'm not going to get into this, but I just want to say that cursing at someone is not nearly as bad as saying racist comments to them. Maciek can be very annoying, yes, but Leena your actions are much much worse.

Re: Madrid (Official Topic)

Tati Cornet d. Vanessa Child 7-6 7-6 Well, it was a great match. The last time I played Tati in clay in a tournament I lost 6-3 6-0, so it's definately an improvement. He was on a laptop (which I always use  ), but honestly I don't think it affected his game much, and he still played very well...

Re: Madrid (Official Topic)

Behaves exactly like her friend. Surely, they can't be the same person! :angel13: Haha Leena, I can assure you they are NOT the same person (assuming you are talking about Ying-Chang). Trust me they are very different. It's not like "Persuzie Angel" to get frustrated and be annoying...tha...

Re: Madrid (Official Topic)

Vanessa Child d. Zaid 6-2 6-4 Well the first set was pretty good. It started off slowly but got to a pretty high level later. The second set though, OMG. The lag started to get so bad for some reason, and it made me miss so many first serves, it was ridiculous. He started coming to net, which is tou...
