I made 65 custom courts, but when I want to play with them in world tour mode it says "bug 531 please reinstall the game."

in Tennis.ini, under [TrainingClub], add this line :
NoCorridor = 1

You can't do it for the WorldTour tournaments, though.

I opened tenis elbow 2011 and it opens in full window, but I didn't touched that button where I can change this setting.
