it lowers the AI reflexes on return of serve.

I saw several posts on this but I am still not sure what setting this is for.

Will lowering AiSlowerReturner reduce the speed of the AI's return or will it reduce the speed of the AI's ability to get to the ball fast enough to return it?
Or something else?
